If you have forgotten your password, this article details the procedure you will need to follow to reset your password.
From the login screen, choose 'Forgot Password'.
Enter the email address you have associated with your CloudPass account and choose the submit button.
A confirmation window will appear to advise that a password reset link has been emailed to you. Choose the OK button to return to the log in screen.
When you receive the password reset email, choose the password reset link.
If you do not receive the password reset email, please check your junk/trash folders, or for any email rules you may have in place.
The link will open in your web browser where you will be prompted to set a new password.
Enter your new password twice and choose the submit button.
Your password will be then reset and you will be returned to the log in screen where you can log in.
