CloudPass service subscriptions are managed through the CloudPass Admin Centre. This article details how to activate or cancel a CloudPass service.
Prerequisites
- CloudPass Admin Centre user account with either Admin or Subscription Manager permission.
- Purchased a CloudPass service subscription (e.g. Site Licence, Device Licence).
Activations
Once you have purchased a subscription, open Activations (under Management section) in the Admin Centre sidebar. From here, you can activate it temporarily for testing purposes or permanently when you’re ready to go live.

View your activations
Test before you go live
You have three temporary activation windows, each lasting up to eight hours to complete installation checks and test your setup.
Each temporary activation window expires automatically. When testing is complete, permanently activate your subscription to keep the service running.

Ready to activate your service?
Choose Permanent activation type to activate your subscription for ongoing use.
You have 60 days to activate your subscription (from the date of order fulfilment). If you haven’t activated it by then, your subscription will activate automatically and the billing cycle will begin.

Cancellation
Select Sites (under the Management section) in the Admin Centre sidebar. Choose the cancellation tab and select the subscription(s) you wish to cancel.
Your service stays active until the displayed cancellation date. Notice periods depend on your contract: For example, a 30 day rolling contract requires 30 days notice while a 12 month rolling contract requires three months notice.
- Temporary installations: cancel directly in the CloudPass Admin Centre.
- Permanent installations: submit a request for our cancellations team to process manually.
