Create Website User

To give access to another individual, so they have the same permissions to the data (or less)


- Select Setting 

- Select Website User. 

- Select Add New User - which will show a list of the custom-made Access User types, with relevant permissions associated 

- Insert details of the individual you would like to have access to the data,

    - Select User Group if using site grouping 

- Select Account Details accordingly and to let the individual know via email, tick Send Activation Email

    - Two factor authentication can also be enabled. 

- If Site Group is not applicable, select site(s) under the Access Tab 


Permissions to the portal can be deleted when needed
