Once an operative has unlocked the access control hardware via the chosen transaction method (i.e. face recognition), anti-passback will automatically block the same operative from entering site. This is designed to ensure unauthorised access to site via an authorised operative is not possible.
As standard, this feature is enabled. To override this feature per operative
- Select User
- Select Access
- Edit
- Tick Override Anti Passback
- Save
