Accepting a completed Pre-enrolment/Online Induction invitation

The Dashboard will show an Access Request. This tab is also available on the side bar. 

    - Click Access Requests > Select operative

From here, it is possible to review the data collected, view user and ensure induction tests have been completed if utilising the Online Induction module 

Once reviewed 

    - Select Approve or Reject (insert message if rejecting) 

If collecting biometric data via pre-enrolment/online induction, ensure the photo of the face received:

- Has natural, even lighting - avoid harsh shadows across face and bright lights in background 

- Is a straight-on (frontal) shot - avoid extreme angles or profiles 

- Has clarity and quality, ideally high-resolution clear image - as low quality hinders recognitions at transaction stage

- Does not include others, and avoid sunglasses or hats obscuring features 

- Is large enough to frame the face

Once approved, the operative has access to your site
